Class and Event Refund Policy:
There will be no refunds or returns for all items purchased on our website http://www.bachatasensualorlando.com (the "Website"). If you want your case to be considered as an exceptional circumstance you may submit your request in writing to the email below. Approvals are subject to the discretion of Anastasia Nikolaeva and Jovanny Fuentes (the "Owners") as owners of the Bachata Sensual Orlando ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). In the case of exceptional circumstances, a partial credit towards future purchases may be issued. We will respond to your request for refund within 14 calendar days of the original submission. Refunds are unlikely to be granted in the case of online courses, due to the ability to download the content once available.
Membership Cancellation Policy:
NOTE THAT THIS MEMBERSHIP AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS EACH MONTH UNTIL CANCELLED.
There is a minimum of a 2 month commitment for the membership. Any memberships requesting cancellation before the second month is billed will remain active until the end of the second month.
In order to cancel, you must contact Bachata Sensual Orlando though any of the methods below with 48 hours notice of auto-renewal.

No partial refunds will be offered if plan is cancelled in the middle of a cycle. Cancelled plans will remain active until one day before the next due date.
