When enrolling, select the first Thursday of the month that you are starting in. Your team dues will be automatically billed every month on the same date that you initially selected.

Cancellation: You may cancel your plan at any time after your 3 month commitment. Message us to cancel your plan. There are no refunds to the team dues. If you cancel before your next due date, your benefits will continue until the upcoming due date, and then cease. If you have already been billed, and you cancel, your benefits will continue until the next due date.
